We're Hiring: Experienced Mortgage Consultant in Dubai

Are you an expert in mortgage sales, banking products, or home loan advisory? Join Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC, a trusted name in Dubai's property and finance sector. We're looking for experienced, motivated individuals who can help clients secure the best mortgage solutions available across UAE banks.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in banking sales, financial consulting, or mortgage brokerage, looking to scale their earnings and career in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on UAE mortgage options, including fixed and variable rates

Coordinate with leading banks to source competitive home loan offers

Assist with eligibility checks, document collection, and loan approvals

Explain mortgage processes, DSR requirements, and loan-to-value ratios

Generate qualified leads via cold calls, referrals, and networking

Build and manage relationships with clients, real estate agents, and bank officers

Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage consultancy, bank loan sales, or financial services in the UAE

Sound knowledge of home finance products, mortgage calculators, and UAE Central Bank regulations

Proven track record in closing loans or high-value banking products

Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Immediate joiners preferred

Well-groomed and professional demeanour
