Are You an Experienced Mortgage Advisor or Banking Sales Executive?

Mortgage Advisory Team

. We are hiring experienced, result-oriented

Mortgage Consultants

with a strong background in

home loan products, banking sales, or mortgage brokerage

in the UAE.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Advise clients on

home mortgage options

across UAE banks (fixed, variable, Islamic, etc.) Coordinate with leading

UAE banking partners

to secure the best rates and approvals Conduct mortgage

pre-eligibility checks, DSR assessments

, and explain

LTV requirements

Assist with

document collection, file processing, and bank follow-ups

Generate and qualify leads through

calls, referrals, events, and real estate partnerships

Educate clients on

mortgage regulations

, credit scoring, and approval timelines Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client data, and ensure timely follow-ups Achieve or exceed assigned

monthly loan volume targets and KPIs

Job Requirements:

1+ year UAE experience

in

mortgage consulting, banking sales, or home loan advisory

In-depth knowledge of

UAE mortgage market

,

DSR calculators

, and

Central Bank regulations

Proven track record in

closing loans or high-ticket financial products

Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus) Must be

target-driven, organized, and presentable
