Job Summary

The Senior Executive - Supply Chain MIS is responsible for driving data accuracy, visibility, and performance tracking across the supply chain function. This role involves managing key metrics, publishing daily and monthly reports, streamlining processes across supply chain sub-functions (Warehousing, Fleet, Inbound, and Sourcing), and supporting decision-making through insightful dashboards and data analysis. The incumbent will play a critical role in establishing a centralized data framework and reporting mechanism that enables efficient performance reviews and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain warehouse (WH) performance matrices under guidance and ensure timely daily reporting. Govern and streamline performance measures across all sub-functions: Warehousing, Fleet, Inbound, and Sourcing. Collaborate with function managers to review, analyze, and close exceptions against set targets. Manage monthly performance evaluations across the supply chain based on pre-defined KPIs and benchmarks. Develop, maintain, and ensure the integrity of a centralized data center for all supply chain MIS activities. Create and publish high-quality reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for various stakeholders. Conduct data mining and comparative analysis with industry benchmarks to evaluate internal performance. Represent the supply chain function in periodic review forums by providing accurate data insights and performance summaries to management.

Skills & Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts) Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools Familiarity with supply chain processes and KPIs across Warehousing, Fleet, Inbound, and Sourcing Strong data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field Certification or coursework in data analytics, Power BI, or Excel reporting is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
