Role Functions Deep understanding of the D365 Finance platform Possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for finance and accounting users Interface with customer project stakeholders, including finance management and directors, to elicit business requirements Function as an SME for application design, feature optimization, technical inputs for development, and data Perform necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues and opportunities, solution requirements, and benefits Lead definition of finance solution using Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations product Work as part of a project team to deliver solutions to finance community working closely with technical developers Measure delivery of our solution against requirements through ownership of deliverables Complete assigned tasks according to project schedule and communicate status to relevant leaders Perform configuration, testing and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios Work directly with to configure D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite Prepare and deliver training manuals and reference materials for end-users Understand and use configuration/programming and documentation best practices Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study Train Consultants and Associate Consultants Required Qualifications Must have 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics AX and D365 Finance Experienced and strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modules Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in Dynamics ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies. Strong practical Finance experience gained through industry experience preferred. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience required Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and appropriate D365 Certifications Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Must practice the highest level of confidentiality of clients\xe2\x80\x99 intellectual property Flexible and adaptive to additional assignments that arise during a project Should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Financial Reporter and Power BI experience is a plus Experience leading a team of D365 developers. Experience:

• Dynamics 365 FO/AX Finance and Operation: 5 years (Required)
• Dynamic 365 F&O implementation for multi legal entities: 2 years (Required)
• D365 FO solution architect: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
