Merchandising Cluster Manager (work location in Egypt)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Merchandiser (Cluster Manager) to join our team. The Senior Merchandiser will play a critical role in managing and executing merchandising activities for our denim products, focusing on the Europe and USA markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of denim trends, market dynamics, and possess strong project management and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of denim trends, market dynamics, and possess strong project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Trend Research:
- Monitor and analyze denim market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in Europe and USA markets.
- Identify emerging trends and collaborate with design and development teams to create innovative denim product concepts.
- Product Planning and Development:
- Work closely with the design and development teams to plan and execute the development of new denim products that align with market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product sampling, prototyping, and approvals.
- Order Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Reporting and Documentation
- Team Leadership and Support
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, Fashion, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of [7] years of experience in denim merchandising for Europe and USA markets.
- Strong knowledge of denim manufacturing processes, materials, and trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
