Role Profile: Maintain accurate records on space utilization within the department store to be able to provide accurate density reports on request. Support Snr Ops with data management, forecasting trends and providing commentary on performance. Key Performance Areas:
Manage Business Planning and ongoing planning of space and forecasting of sales, subsequently accountable for sales / margin measurement.
Produce reports and analysis to show sales and margin densities for all concessions within the department store highlighting top and bottom performers.
Assess store execution of merchandising plans, recommend optimum space management options (where applicable) based on store trends / category sales performance.
Develop ways of working with multiple stakeholders for the benefit of the business
Develop relationships with internal/ external contacts, and assess appropriate and critical information.
Input into the department store trade and other relevant meetings using knowledge of the brands and performance to make commercial suggestions and comments.
Through analysis, maintain quarterly concession review documents with brands and use the analysis generated to identify gaps within the department store as well as making commercial suggestions based on the data available and trends identified.
Pro-actively utilise available software/ systems and identify improvements / requirements for further action.
Manage / maintain space management files and sales data files.

Experience & Skills:
2-3 years merchandising experience.
Strong Team Managment Skills
Strong communication skills in English language.
Good analytical Skills.
Proficiency in Ms Office Excel
Good reporting skills.
Willingness and ability to travel
