Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements in various applications such as manufacturing, HVAC, automotive, or industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo). Perform engineering calculations and simulations (FEA, CFD) to validate design integrity. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing. Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs. Evaluate and improve existing products for performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Support the production team in troubleshooting and process improvements. Participate in project planning, timelines, and cost estimations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for senior roles). Proven experience in mechanical design and development (typically 2-5 years for mid-level roles). Proficiency with 3D CAD tools and simulation software. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and thermodynamics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, welding, and 3D printing. Familiarity with quality and safety standards (e.g., ISO, ASME). Experience - 3-5 Years in UAE

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

Experience in [Industry-specific area, e.g., HVAC systems, automotive, robotics]. Knowledge of PLM systems and engineering change processes. Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards certification.
