Job Description
One Works is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong construction supervision expertise to join our team in our Dubai-office and support a high-profile airport project in the region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing on-site MEP construction activities and ensuring the contractor's work complies with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 15 years' work experience in mechanical engineering at least 5 years' work experience in airport projects. Proven experience in construction supervision and site-based roles, specifically within the MEP domain. Previous experience in leading engineering teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders on large-scale infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of local and international mechanical codes and standards. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior engineers and inspectors. Working experience in UAE/GCC. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Good knowledge of Aconex for project documentation and correspondence. Basic knowledge of BIM workflows. Excellent command of written and spoken English. * Ability to join within 1 month or less.
