Opportunity Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and civil drawings and identify list of materials. describe the different types of materials used in construction projects. Prepares and reviews architectural and civil specifications for projects. prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time. Maintain material suppliers' database Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC). Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP. Solid understanding of ASHRAE, NFPA, and international mechanical codes. Must be experience in Design as a Mandatory. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of UAE building regulations (advantage if applying in UAE).
