Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and submit material submittals, shop drawings, and daily work progress reports. Review project specifications, design drawings, and scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements. Perform HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting calculations and design layouts for villas, offices, retail shops, and F&B outlets. Supervise and monitor site activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Liaise with consultants, clients, and UAE authorities (such as Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense) for design approvals and inspections. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years of relevant UAE experience in MEP systems, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting. Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, and other relevant design software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines. Valid UAE driving license. Experience in fit-out or interior projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
