Job Summary:

Consortio International Engineering Consultant is looking for an experienced

Senior Mechanical Engineer

with

10-12 years of experience

in design and site supervision. Experience in complex projects (healthcare, industrial, data centers, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead mechanical design and supervision across complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Mechanical design (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Medical Gases) and supervision activities for various building projects, including healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Prepare and review electrical design drawings, calculations, and specifications in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with Architects, Electrical engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design integration. Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance with design intent and standards. Interface with clients, contractors, and local authorities for design approvals and technical coordination. Mentor junior engineers through technical mentoring and design guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum

10-12 years of experience

, with at least 5-7 years in the

UAE

. Strong experience in

design consultancy and site supervision

. Experience in

complex facilities (healthcare industrial, data centers)

design is an added advantage. Experience in

ELV and IT systems

is required. Experience in

Sustainability Requirements

is required. Proficient in

Revit, AutoCAD,

and relevant design software. Deep understanding of

ASHRAE, NFPA, CIBSE, and local design standards in the GCC

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
