Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
Lead the mechanical design, analysis, and execution of oil-and-gas, HVAC, and utility projects across the UAE. Ensure all systems are engineered to client specifications, UAE codes , and international standards while managing a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare & review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and mechanical calculations (stress, sizing, energy). Oversee 2D/3D design development with drafting team; approve layouts, isometrics, and GA drawings. Conduct site surveys, FAT/SAT, and resolve construction/commissioning issues. Ensure compliance with ADNOC SOUR, DEWA, ASME, API, and local HSE regulations. Manage project budgets, schedules, and vendor/sub-contractor coordination. Mentor junior engineers and draftsmen; enforce QA/QC and ISO 9001 procedures
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 10+ years' mechanical design & site experience, including
5+ years in the UAE
on oil-gas or large-scale HVAC projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, CAESAR II, and MS Project/Primavera. Solid knowledge of UAE codes, ASME B31.3, API 610/650, TEMA, NFPA.
