Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Mechanical Engineer

with

strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a

Senior Mechanical Engineer

, you will play a key role in our mission to provide

innovative, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions

. You will be responsible for

designing, coordinating, and overseeing

mechanical systems to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead

mechanical design development

, from concept to detailed design
? Ensure

HVAC, plumbing, fire protection

, and other mechanical systems meet project and regulatory requirements
? Collaborate with

architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams

to optimize building design
? Assist in preparing

technical proposals, fee estimates, and tender documents

? Supervise

drafting teams

and ensure adherence to

local & international codes

? Engage with

clients, consultants, and stakeholders

to discuss mechanical design solutions
? Manage

QA/QC processes

and ensure quality across all project stages
? Utilize

BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks

for design integration and coordination

Qualifications & Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

.
? Minimum

8+ years

of experience in MEP design and consultancy.
? Strong knowledge of

HVAC, plumbing, fire protection

, and sustainable building practices.
? Proficiency in

Revit MEP, and other 3D modeling tools

.
? Familiarity with UAE Codes and regulations.

? Strong

leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to mentor and guide

engineers/ modelers
