Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc. Mechanical)
Minimum 15 Years of Professional Experience
UPDA Grade A Certification
(Mandatory) ProvenConsultant-Side Experience
Extensive Experience inBuilding Projects (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting Systems)
BIM Capability
(as per EIR-PWA Requirements) - Mandatory*Previous PWA (Public Works Authority) Approval
- Preferable*Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all mechanical design and supervision activities for building projects. Ensure designs comply with PWA standards, project specifications, and local regulations. Utilize BIM processes and tools in line with EIR-PWA requirements. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure design integration. Review design documents, reports, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance.
