Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
:
We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting design and construction activities. The candidate will ensure that all mechanical systems meet international standards and client specifications within budget and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for system integration.
Monitor contractor work progress and ensure compliance with QCS and safety standards.
Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of experience in building or infrastructure projects.
UPDA/MMUP certification preferred.
Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
