Senior Mechanical Engineer - Construction Projects

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design review, site execution, and coordination of mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) in mid- to large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of mechanical systems across multiple projects. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors during all project stages. Lead site inspections, testing & commissioning, and resolve technical issues. Prepare and track project schedules, reports, and BOQs for mech
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in construction (buildings/infrastructure). Strong knowledge in HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems. Familiar with UAE local authority standards (e.g. DCD, DEWA, ADM). Hands-on experience with shop drawings, MEP coordination, and site management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic design software (e.g. HAP, Elite). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: AED 8000- 14000/month (based on experience)
