A leading manufacturing and innovation-driven company is seeking an experienced
Senior Mechanical Engineer
with strong expertise inconsumer product development
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end product design -- from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and testing. Key skills include the use ofCAE tools (FEA and CFD)
for simulation and design validation,tolerance analysis
, andDFM/DFA principles
to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency. The role requires proficiency inrapid prototyping
,injection molding
, andhigh-volume production processes
, as well as close collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Experience inconsumer products
, and particularly inultrasound or piezoelectric-based systems
