Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading UAE-based diversified investment group with a strong presence in real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. The company is known for its innovative projects, high-quality standards, and sustainable growth, offering employees exposure to high-profile real estate developments and strategic initiatives across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and real estate sales.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and updating of all marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and property listings.
  • Optimize the company's online presence through website management, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and lead-generation goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform marketing strategy.
  • Manage CRM systems to nurture leads and enhance sales funnel performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, project launches, and real estate exhibitions.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, vendors, and media outlets to manage partnerships and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate identity guidelines.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns, events, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong commercial insight.
