About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead campaign management and marketing strategy for Darna, Aldar's loyalty program. This role is essential in driving acquisition, engagement, and retention across Aldar's diverse ecosystem, including retail, communities, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
You'll shape the program's go-to-market plans, run high-impact marketing campaigns, and lead the positioning of Darna as a leading lifestyle rewards platform in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
Develop and lead the annual marketing strategy, aligned with Darna's business and member growth goals
Define and drive key marketing pillars across acquisition, engagement, lifecycle, and brand equity
Manage the brand positioning of Darna across digital, physical, and partner channels
Maintain a rolling calendar of campaigns, seasonal activations, and member communications
Campaign Management
Lead planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, digital, CRM, social, in-mall, and partner campaigns)
Brief and manage creative teams and agencies across concept, production, and execution
Own campaign performance measurement, reporting, and optimization
Champion test-and-learn approaches across messaging, targeting, and incentives
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Collaborate with internal teams and external tenants to co-create compelling offers and campaigns
Support strategic partner onboarding with tailored go-to-market plans
Ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints, including retail and residential channels
Performance & Insights
Work with analytics and finance teams to measure campaign ROI and loyalty KPIs
Translate insights into action, continuously refining marketing strategy and content effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing; loyalty program or membership-based marketing preferred
Strong campaign planning, project management, and creative briefing skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM strategy
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer- and data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
Experience within real estate, retail, or hospitality ecosystems is a plus
