A well-established real estate development firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Marketing Executive
to lead strategic marketing efforts across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate marketing expertise, creative vision, and a results-driven approach to support project launches, branding, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Manage advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital marketing across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and project promotion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.
Oversee creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, videos, and project signage.
Organize launch events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities to generate leads and brand awareness.
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring strong ROI and brand consistency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
5 years of marketing experience
within the
real estate development or property sector
.
Proven track record of successfully executing real estate project marketing campaigns.
Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
