Key Responsibilities
Manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, property portals, SEO/SEM).
Create and execute social media content, video, and marketing materials.
Coordinate the design and production of brochures, flyers, signage, and sales kits for projects.
Support events, exhibitions, PR, and offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and media partners.
Align marketing activities with sales objectives and ensure brand consistency.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications.
Work with creative agencies, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality marketing assets

Requirements
1-2 years of real estate marketing experience.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms & analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM).
Experience in events, PR, and marketing collateral.
Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Experience in event management, print materials, and partnership activations.
