We are looking for aMarketing & Sales responsible, who will join our challenging and exciting journey to grow Saab Ltd in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Your role You will be part of the local M&S function, and responsible for the marketing and sales of Saab Ltd’s product portfolio to both the local and international market. The position requires frequent travelling. The main tasks are:
Identify and develop potential customers and partners in local and international markets
Analyze business leads, market trends and competitor activities in key markets
Develop business opportunities and marketing plans for Saab Ltd’s product portfolio, incl. budgets, sales forecasts and long-term order intake planning
Develop and implement sales strategies, including the development of existing and new sales channels
Coordinate marketing plans and strategies with Business Units and Group Marketing & Sales entities in target markets
Prepare marketing and sales reports as required by management
Prepare marketing presentations and provide input to marketing material such as brochures, articles, promotional videos and demonstration equipment
Participate in international trade exhibitions, seminars and workshops
Responsible for Saab Limited’s part of the Winning Business process
Maintain company’s CRM system for business leads and qualified opportunities.
Provide input to the company’s 5-year business plan
Your profile We are looking for a driven person that functions well within a team environment and can work independently. Someone who is willing to take on responsibility and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a broad profile with at least the following attributes:
Engineering degree and/or military technical background
Minimum 5 year experience doing business in international markets
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Insights into international markets and current market trends
Track record of successfully capturing business in international markets
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze diverse markets to determine the most effective strategies and tactics to secure viable business opportunities
Understanding of cultural differences and how to act accordingly
Proven ability to build and maintain good and strong internal, business partner and customer relationships and market networks
Strong social skills, team player motivated by delivery and on occasion contribute outside normal responsibilities
This position requires that you to satisfy security clearance requirements. What you will be a part of Saab’s international strategy for growth, including building local business in select markets, with the focus on key customer countries. You will become part of Saab Ltd, which operates from Tawazun Industrial Park, northeast of the Abu Dhabi city centre and Addax Tower on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi city.
