Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Director will play a critical role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in a leadership role, spearheading sales strategies, and driving the team to meet sales targets within the highly competitive Dubai real estate market.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead the sales team toward the achievement of corporate sales objectives.
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Team Management: Manage, lead, and provide direction to the sales team, setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Understand market trends, demands, and customer needs to steer the sales team\'s focus and inform internal decision-makers.
- Reporting: Present accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management, along with regular reports on sales metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of sales professionals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
