  • Oversees full export and project sales team as well as technical customer support and develops sales objectives, marketing policies, coaching and guiding professionals
  • Responsible for developing and executing inside sales strategy for export sales; Provides leadership to field and inside sales reps to maximize performance and ensure tight cooperation

  • Lead development/implementation of export and project sales strategy and spars it with senior mgmt.; synthesizes market intelligence; shapes how technical support interacts with sales reps and customers
  • Articulates export and project sales policy, procedures and guidelines to support strategy implementation and reaching sales targets in a cost-efficient way; Responsible for selling Rebar, Wire Rod, Sections / Sheet piles outside of GCC
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs & technical support requirements; Lead the development of account plans and customer classifications
  • Manage the overall and day-to-day operations of the export and project sales unit
  • Develop and maintain organizational capability and participate in talent management process
  • Responsible for project sales in sheet piles and sections, as well as business development: Engages and builds relationships with strategic accounts, EPC, contractors, Designer (at all project stages)
  • Responsible for the entire end to end project sales cycle of the project
  • Identifies and develops strategic touch points with customers to showcase ESI's value proposition
  • Ensures with inside and field sales reps sales follow-up, alignment across departments and proactive approach contacting prospective customers to conclude orders

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration related degree where they demonstrated academic success (e.g., graduated top of class)
