- Sets up and leads the Finance team of the region, ensures state-of-the-art finance organization with respective skill sets Aligns and implements the Finance strategy, according to guidelines Steers the Finance budget Is responsible for Accounts receivable (A/R) and credit management risk Manages the FX exposure in close alignment with Corporate Treasury Monitors all financial, fiduciary, and fiscal tax topics Ensures effective and efficient operations Ensures compliance in the region regarding accounting regulations (in cooperation with group auditor and internal audit / compliance) Fosters an efficient legal entity setup, ensures liquidity and appropriate capital structure in alignment with the headquarter Acts as regional representative in financial matters, e.g. in committees Is the trusted business partner and economic gatekeeper, provides financial guidance Acts as change agent to drive agility and digitalization (standardize processes and systems and reduce complexity along the value chain) Supports M&A projects and ensures integration of Finance activities
