The Senior Manager TA position involves leading talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to align hiring strategies with organisational goals.

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as a preferred employer in the property industry.
• Analyse hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labour laws in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

A successful candidate should have:

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition within a corporate environment, ideally inhouse and agency side
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employer branding practices.
• Experience in managing recruitment teams and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
