Position Overview
The Emiratisation Talent Sourcing Senior Manager will lead strategic sourcing initiatives to attract and retain top UAE national talent across Majid Al Futtaim's businesses. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, developing market maps, strengthening government and community relationships, and executing Emiratisation hiring campaigns. This position ensures alignment with workforce planning, compliance with MOHRE thresholds, and supports long-term sustainability of local talent integration.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement an Emiratisation sourcing strategy aligned with organizational hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain detailed UAE talent market maps by role, level, industry, and geography.
  • Lead networking and engagement initiatives with Emirati professionals to create strong pipelines for critical roles.
  • Partner with TA Directors, TA CoE, and P&O to manage sourcing across operating companies.
  • Maintain sourcing data and dashboards within the ATS and provide quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor sourcing performance against Tawteen thresholds, ensuring compliance with MOHRE regulations to avoid penalties.
  • Organize and manage annual Emiratisation career fairs, maximizing ROI and positioning Majid Al Futtaim as an employer of choice.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and sourcing innovations to strengthen talent acquisition strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with governmental entities, universities, and training partners to enhance Emirati talent pipelines.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities are executed ethically and within UAE employment regulations.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent sourcing or management, with direct expertise in UAE national talent markets.
  • Proven record of building strong networks and sourcing channels to attract Emirati talent.
  • Familiarity with Tawteen, MOHRE thresholds, and Emiratisation regulations.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience in shared services or corporate talent acquisition environments.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced certifications in HR or talent management are a plus.
