Senior Manager Product Supply

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• Overall responsibility of coordinating the complete buy of MENA region to hit its ambitious Net Sales targets
• Manage purchasing expertise in product categories in order to maintain an On Time In Full supply of footwear and apparel.
• Meet customer demand in a manner that will optimize financial return to brand and minimize overall Supply Chain costs (OTIF)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MENA demand and work with Global Operations / factories to manage Regional Demand vs Global Factory capacities
• Owns Product Supply of special projects focusing on Brand Heat moments (i.e., World Cup Qatar, HYPE & Global Campaign Products, Halo Store range etc.)
• Coordinates key buy initiatives and provide Senior Management with status reports.
• Manages and develops purchasers; determines the needs of each; sets individual goals and targets to expand their

understanding/knowledge; ensures succession plans are in place. * Monitors forecast and purchase process to determine appropriate quantities to meet the demand for each individual category; Accountable to influence the appropriate production and inventory positions for a Business Unit(s).

• Monitors the right products are procured at the right time in right quantity in alignment with Global Supply Planning and Market Logistics
• Tracking purchasing KPI's - ensuring the highest sales order and forecast coverage against Purchase Orders in close collaboration with Inventory Management. Take corrective action where necessary.
• Develop tools and guidelines to support / control business principles and efficient processes within Demand/ Supply chain Operations.
• Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome supply problems of critical products.
• Leads regular Demand and Supply validation meetings for all business units in conjunction with GSP, demand planning, and markets.
• Leads projects to review operational procedures and practices towards the goal of making continuous business improvement. Manages ongoing projects by defining timelines and milestones, writing project briefs and defining specifications as required.

• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Ability to challenge the way in which things are done
• Excellent communication skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferably Degree Level Qualification in logistics (or similar)
• Supply chain education / background
• 3-5 years in an Supply Chain Management position
• Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
