the regional application of the Brand Purpose; the Global Brand Architecture and VI system; and Global Brand Re-positioning and Communications Strategy
measurable strategic objectives for building the business and the brand in UAE
Planning . To develop and manage an annual PR & Media Relations Plan that:
establishes specific targets and milestones to be accomplished within each calendar year
details the key initiatives to be delivered to meet these objectives
identifies the budgets and resources required to deliver the plan
Implementation . To drive the Implementation of the Plan by:
- creating news-worthy stories, identifying relevant media opportunities and building the media profile of the company and its leadership - effectively and cost-efficiently managing external agency resources - managing collaboration with Communications colleagues at regional and global levels
Measurement. To contribute to an overall dashboard of Communications measurements by:
- establishing relevant and actionable measures of earned media performance - monitoring and reporting delivery against well-defined objectives - enabling investment to be justified on the basis of robustly measured outcomes and ROI
Tactical Responsiveness. To maintain the flexibility and agility to respond to short-term changes, including.
changes in the competitive environment ( based on regular monitoring of competitor activities )
unforeseen business problems or opportunities
