My Client, a leading innovator in the CPaaS & SaaS space, is seeking a Head of Partnerships & Alliances to spearhead their expansion through strategic partnerships. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a robust network of partners, crafting mutually beneficial agreements, and driving revenue through collaborative initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Vision: Translate overarching business objectives into concrete partnership programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Partnership Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership framework encompassing various types, including referral, affiliate, influencer, reseller, system integrator, marketplace, ISV, and more.
- Partner Identification & Targeting: Leverage your deep understanding of the CPaaS & SaaS ecosystem to identify and engage high-potential partners, including local aggregators, mobile operators, ecosystem enablers, call centers, marketplaces, technology companies, complementary providers, large tech platforms, content marketing agencies, and more.
- Agreement Negotiation & Management: Collaborate with internal departments to craft win-win partnership agreements covering standard terms, compensation structures, and performance metrics.
- Relationship Building & Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key partners, acting as their primary point of contact and driving successful collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless partnership execution by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to align partnership activities with business strategies.
- Scalability & Automation: As partnership revenue grows, establish a streamlined and automated process for partner identification, enablement, onboarding, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build brand awareness and promote partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to internal teams on partner-related activities, including co-marketing campaigns, product integrations, and customer success initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Sales within New Technologies
- Understands the concept of CPaaS and SaaS products & services
- Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities
- Data-driven approach to partnership initiatives, utilizing analytics to measure performance and refine strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships concurrently and prioritize effectively
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding revenue targets through successful partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
