Job Title: Senior Manager - Outsourced Contracts Location: UAE - Abu Dhabi Experience: 10 - 15 Year Language: Required excellent in English JOB DESCRIPTION :
Minimum 10 years of experience in Contracts Management, preferably both in procurement and post-contract management of multiple services contracts, with experience in a client's organization or in a contract management consultancy Support the business in the development of Transition Plan to demobilize the existing contractor and onboarding new contractor Ensuring compliance to commercial & legal T&Cs Monitoring of contract data & reports Ensuring all final recoveries, back charges, penalties, setback are addressed
