Finance and account at Tower level.
Centrally managing the relationship with outsourcing partner for service & Contract delivery through
Governance mechanism
Achieve Process Standardization in Finance and accounts.
Continuous benchmarking of systems and process to keep pace with external changes.
Driving new finance related IT projects and Finance SPOC for all IT projects in territories
Monitoring compliance of GPMs across group and flagging exceptions and ensure full migration of in-scope
activities.
Improve visibility / reporting of TCS / Outsourcing operational reports and drive its automation with TCS
Stabilization post Go Live and Risk assessment and risk management covering operational compliance and
business.
Regional / multi country, senior management interaction that improve customer value.
Deliver Finance transformation and process improvement project aimed at delivering business value.
Support in timely review and resolution of Segregation of Duties (SOD) violation, recommend territories
regarding controls.
Managing process change and addressing changes to scope/effort/budget/change requests/issues.
Educating and facilitating process workshops to communicate process requirements and liaising with
business users.
Communication with senior management and stakeholders on performance
Managing Internal and Statutory Audits from Shared Services side
