Key Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial activities including lead generation, bid estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions
• Plan, generate, and defend financial and operational results in line with approved business plans and targets
• Manage the full project lifecycle covering scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and commercial risks as part of departmental risk management
• Ensure effective allocation and utilization of human and material resources across projects and contracts
• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate project and site teams with clear performance objectives
• Develop, implement, and manage hard services maintenance strategies including planned preventive, reactive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, along with capital improvement projects
• Ensure achievement of contractual SLAs and KPIs through effective operational implementation of maintenance plans
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery, costs, and contract outcomes
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate new maintenance technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Control project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contract renewals
• Support preparation of high-quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements across all operations
• Ensure adherence to UAE laws, regulations, governing authorities, and applicable international FM standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in facilities management or engineering
• Minimum ten years of experience in a senior technical services role
• At least five years of managerial experience within facilities management
• Proven expertise in managing hard FM services including MEP, HVAC, and civil works
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory
• Strong technical background in MEP and civil systems
• Demonstrated project and contract management capability
• Strong financial acumen with budget control and commercial oversight experience
• Effective leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
