Job Purpose:

The key focus of the role will be to develop and implement a growth enrolments strategy that ensures student attraction, solid enrolment conversion, and retention of students. The post holder will have the responsibility for leading the Admissions team across Aldar Education to ensure a seamless enrolment journey by establishing and developing relevant policies, procedures, quality standards, customer service standards, and ensuring their delivery to all prospective students, current students, and leavers.

Main Duties:

To support the Group Head of Enrolments & Marketing in the development and implementation of enrolment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and other admissions related KPIs in assigned ALDAR schools. This is achieved through collaboration with ALDAR Marketing support services, school in-house teams and key corporate department and school stakeholders. In addition to managing the corporate enrolments team, the post holder supports with operational enrolments at each school\'s level and oversees the schools\' admissions team. To contribute to the enrolments management of new acquisitions and new schools within ALDAR Education portfolio.

Specific Duties:
  • To represent Aldar Education as the enrolments matter expert across all segments of schools within the portfolio.
  • To be the representative of centre of excellence when it comes to admissions policies and systems.
  • To be the matter expert and contribute to training of all staff when related to enrolments matters.
  • Evaluate improvements across the group on admissions related processes and systems.
  • Support with group project management when enrolment expertise is necessary.
  • Manage all aspects of the enrolment lifecycle to ensure parent satisfaction, ease of application and consistency across all Aldar schools.
  • Establish and manage Admissions teams in schools and long-range goals, KPIs and objectives to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Liaise with Aldar marketing support functions as an enrolment subject matter expert to drive content and targeting strategies to achieve enrolment and brand objectives for assigned Aldar schools.
  • Evaluate front-of-house training needs across the Aldar schools, subsequently create and implement training programs to improve the overall performance.
  • Oversee the delivery and ongoing development of an efficient and adaptable enrolment service.
  • Lead, monitor the prompt processing of applications and queries, meeting agreed turnaround times, and always maintaining an efficient operation within 24 hours.

  • Supervise the students\' registration with ADEK via eSIS in collaboration with the schools Admissions.
  • Develop a set of enrolment services guidelines and other related SOPs.
  • Co-ordinate with peers within the group on student\'s prediction for budgeting and staff recruitments
  • Optimize enrolments conversion rates from enquiries through to enrolment by maintaining round time and excellent relationship management- including colleagues, students, parent, sponsors, and HQ staff
  • Act as a point of contact for colleagues in other operational functions to ensure that the needs of enrolment services are considered during any process modifications - Ensuring that the Admissions team is adequately trained on the new changes after they are implemented.
  • Maintain regular communication and reporting on current enrolments and enrolments growth
  • Provide feedback to the school\'s enrolments performance and act as a primary contact point to identify performance shortfalls and allowing the team to maximise performance
  • Develop enrolment analytic reports and dashboards in collaboration with the technology and transformation team.
  • Be knowledgeable of the market and enrolments and competitor schools
  • Work with the Marketing team to identify strategies for attracting new enrolments and student retention
  • Manage the re-enrollment process for existing parents in conjunction with the schools\' PREs, providing regular analysis
  • Provide the Head of Enrolments with weekly and monthly reports and projections on enrolments
  • Highlight gaps and risks/challenges on a weekly basis with the Group Head of Enrolment
  • Attend networking events to promote Aldar Education
  • Monitor leavers across the network and contribute to the improvement of the retention rate.
  • Develop cross-selling process and implementation on the ground and monitoring of results.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with feeder nurseries and schools, both within and outside of the Aldar network
  • Perform other duties as requested by direct line reporting Director/managers/ supervisors. \xe2\x88\x92 Represent the ethos and standard of excellence of Aldar Academies to all prospective parents.
  • Ensure that Aldar Academies\' procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or similar
Minimum Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in the region
  • Marketing/ Admissions experience is required
  • Customer Service experience is required
  • Experience in the Education sector is preferred
