Overview of the role: To play a leading role in the development and management Business Intelligence solutions to support the Automotive division with KPI dashboards and tracking methodologies. Including but not limited to:

• Translation of business requirements into functional & technical specifications
• Master Data management and governance, ETL development, dashboarding development and maintenance. Maintain and contribute to improvements in data management processes across AFG technology platforms

What you will do:

• Develop Gap analysis to support the migration of data platforms from SAP BW to MS Azure with regards to Master and transaction data as well as reporting requirements
• Requirements gathering and development of reports and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
• Manage and execute changes required to correct master data as approved by the business
• Coordinate and follow up on calls logged with IT dept to ensure speedy resolution of issues.
• Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency across business systems.
• Develop or provide direction for developing communication plan to ensure project members and stakeholders receive adequate communication throughout the project and are kept informed of critical path progress and variances.

Required Skills to be successful:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in BI technologies incl ETL\xe2\x80\x99s and dashboard developments
• SAP R/3 & SAP IS Auto (S4/HANA an advantage).
• Professional knowledge of Data management systems
• Hands on experience with ETL tools

• Previous master data management experience
• Understanding of reviewing systems and processes
• Extensive experience with data analysis

• Experience in managing a team.
• Experience in system migration projects

Job-Specific Skills:

• Professional knowledge of Data management systems
• SAP R/3 & SAP IS Auto (S4/HANA an advantage).
• Professional knowledge of MS Office suite
• Hands on experience with ETL tools (Preferred Alteryx)
• Working knowledge of MS Azure data platforms
• Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
• Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
• Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders of progress.
• Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of various Dealer management systems advantageous
• Strong written and communication skills in English language Experience in the Automotive industry \xe2\x80\x93 preferred
