Senior Manager Account Development

Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, the primary focus will be on driving sales revenue growth and nurturing client relationships within your assigned portfolio. You\'ll be entrusted with the day-to-day management of relationships with key client stakeholders and will be adept at leading strategic discussions with key client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets within the assigned client portfolio.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.

Manage and negotiate commercial agreements with retail clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and client engagement to senior management.

Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client partnerships.

Work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine and execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred) with a 7-9 years\' experience in market research and sales

Knowledge of retail measurement practices and/or NielsenIQ\' s products and solutions is essential.

Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.

Proven experience in commercial or sales management, preferably in the retail industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience\'s needs.
