Senior Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities & Skills:
Lead and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for fire protection systems and equipment.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are effectively implemented.
Supervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
Monitor and report on maintenance performance, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure adherence to NFPA standards, local regulations, and company policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within fire protection systems.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Experience:
operation of firefighting and fire alarm maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Engineering certificate mechanical or electrical (Required)
