Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Luxury Residential Interior Designer to lead and deliver luxury residential design projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential interiors, an in-depth understanding of the UAE design market, and a passion for refined aesthetics and bespoke detailing.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing exceptional luxury interior design solutions from start to finish. You will ensure design integrity and client satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Requirements:

Minimum 9-10 years

of professional experience in

high-end residential interior design

. Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), Sketchup (mandatory), Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, and other design software (Bonus: 3Ds Max, Corona, or other rendering software) Excellent communication skills - written and spoken Strong background in interior design and project management Strong experience in space planning, contract documents, administration, and FF&E Ability to assess, interpret, and apply client standards Experience in Hospitality, F&B, Residential, and Commercial sectors Should have experience in managing a team Capable of being a design critic to evaluate work done in-house or externally Must be based in Dubai Great personality!!!

Responsibilities:

Lead Full Design Lifecycle

: Oversee the entire design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring alignment with the highest standards of luxury residential design.

Client Collaboration & Design Strategy

: Engage directly with high-net-worth clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and aspirations, and translate these into exceptional, bespoke interior environments.

Creative Development & Visual Communication

: Develop comprehensive design presentations including concept boards, mood boards, rendered visuals, and curated material palettes that convey a cohesive design narrative.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

: Produce and review detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents that reflect the design intent and comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

: Manage and coordinate all phases of the project with internal teams, external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and seamless execution.

Team Leadership

: Mentor and manage a team of Junior Designers, providing creative direction, technical guidance, and quality control to maintain excellence across all project stages.

Multi-Project Oversight

: Successfully manage multiple high-end residential projects concurrently, balancing creativity, functionality, and precision while meeting tight deadlines and client expectations.

Quality & Technical Oversight

: Act as a technical authority on all aspects of interior design, including finishes, materials, and construction detailing. Review and approve design standards, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure excellence in execution and design integrity.
