The Role

This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected names in the luxury residential design world, working on ultra high-end private homes for a global client base. The studio was founded over 10 years ago by a leading figure in international luxury design and has built a reputation for detail-driven, highly bespoke projects. With a growth plan in place to expand over the next two years, this role will sit in the heart of the creative team and play a key part in that journey. There's huge potential here for someone who wants to grow with the team and contribute to meaningful design work. o Clear long-term growth plan backed by strong leadership o Work on some of the most exclusive private homes in the region o High design standards and a collaborative creative team o Great opportunity for progression and exposure o Salary up to AED 22,000 (also hiring at Senior level--so still apply if relevant)



Requirements

We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience, ideally in luxury residential interiors. You'll need a portfolio that shows creativity, strong detailing, and a solid grasp of what refined, private luxury looks like. Someone who's hands-on, detail-focused, and excited about the opportunity to work in a team that values quality, design culture, and growth. You must have experience working with clients from UK, Europe, Australia, USA, Singapore, we can relocate people from those regions too. Or if you have Dubai experience, it must be with a top design studio.
