About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Senior Decoration and Interior Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least10 years of professional experience
in interior design and decoration, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential or commercial projects. In addition to design expertise, this role requires provenexperience in marketing strategies
andproject/workforce management
.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-end decoration and interior design projects from concept to completion. Oversee design presentations, mood boards, space planning, and material selections. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote design services and enhance brand visibility. Supervise and coordinate the design team and other departments involved in project execution. Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of
10 years' experience
in interior design and decoration. Strong background inmarketing and client acquisition strategies
. Provenmanagement and leadership skills
with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
