Key Engineering Role within the business to lead discipline performance on projects & to provide expert technical design leadership and design assurance on projects as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant discipline from recognized university
Master's degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
Essential
10 -17 years of Oil & Gas Design Experience.
Advantage
Previous experience in Region
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Lead Engineer
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in FEED projects
Approved by ADNOC group of companies
Technical Knowledge and Skills (Discipline Specific):
Knowledge of basic engineering processes
Familiarity with international codes, standards and engineering practices
Must be familiar with all aspects of design from concept to detailed design
Technical analysis of engineering problems
Knowledge of Loss prevention engineering practices and economic principles, calculation metHead of the Departments, and industry fire and safety codes, standards and specifications, such as NFPA, OSHA, EPA, API and COMAH.
Knowledge and use of specific software such as PIPENET Sprinkler/Spray module, PHA-PRO-7, Shell FRED, PHAST, CIRRUS for Gas Dispersion or similar software. Knowledge in PHAST Risk for QRA studies and Fault Tree are desirable.
Loss prevention / Fire protection engineering experience in areas such as:
Process Safety Management
Safety in plant designs
Hazard identification
Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis
Consequence modeling
Experience in HAZOP, SIL and HAZID
