Role Overview

We're hiring a

Logistics Sales Specialist (Arabic Speaker) with strong experience in CRM automation, digital sales funnels, and logistics client acquisition. You'll lead efforts to automate sales pipelines, manage CRM integrations (Zoho, Odoo), and drive B2B client growth across the UAE-Iraq trade corridor.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Sales & Client Acquisition

Identify and engage eCommerce and wholesale clients needing logistics solutions in the UAE and Iraq

Build and manage targeted sales funnels using Zoho CRM and Odoo

Qualify leads, schedule demos, and close deals with retailers, distributors, and freight clients

Develop customized shipping and fulfillment proposals based on client needs

CRM Automation & Sales Workflow

~Design and implement Zoho CRM workflows for lead scoring, auto-task assignment, and follow-ups

~ Integrate WhatsApp Business API, landing pages, and Meta Ads into the CRM for unified lead capture

~Build automated dashboards for pipeline health, rep performance, and conversion tracking

~ Sync CRM with Odoo logistics modules for real-time order tracking and client updates

Reporting & Optimization

~Analyze sales KPIs, client acquisition costs, and conversion rates

~Generate weekly and monthly reports

~Use predictive analytics to forecast demand and optimize outreach

Tools You'll Work With

~Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Odoo ERP

~Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

~WhatsApp Business API

Requirements

~ 2+ years in logistics sales, CRM automation, or B2B client acquisition

~Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Odoo, and WhatsApp automation

~ Strong understanding of UAE-Iraq trade dynamics and logistics workflows

~Fluent in Arabic and English
