Job Title: Senior Logistics Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Logistics Manager

Salary: 5,000AED - 7,000AED per Month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Logistics Executive with proven experience in customs and FTA excise documentation . The ideal candidate will support the logistics operations by coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and a good understanding of customs and FTAs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

FAFZ Transit In/Transit out ,Local Export, Local Import , Bond -bond movements , Local to ROW etc. FTA EX201, EX202A,EX202(all), EX203 (All) etc. Making TOO documents inside JAFZ Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to facilitate international trade. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audit and compliance purposes. Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays. Assist in optimizing transportation costs and improving logistics processes. Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and document requirements. Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and logistics best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade, with specific exposure to Free Trade Agreements. Solid understanding of FTA documentation, HS codes, rules of origin, and trade compliance. Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. [Preferred] Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in FTA and customs declarations . Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms). Knowledge of regional FTAs relevant to the company's trade routes. Certification in trade compliance or logistics is a plus (e.g., CTPAT, CCS, or similar).
