We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with 5+ years in freight forwarding sales to develop international shipping business, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be familiar with sea/air/land logistics solutions and possess excellent negotiation and market expansion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new clients (importers/exporters, trading companies) and expand freight forwarding business.
Manage existing accounts and provide customized logistics solutions (FCL/LCL, air freight, multimodal transport).
2. Analyze client needs, prepare competitive quotations, and close deals.
3. Monitor market trends (e.g., freight rates, port regulations) and adapt sales strategies.
4. Liaise between operations team and clients to ensure service quality.
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit performance reports.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years in freight forwarding sales, with Middle East market experience preferred.
2. In-depth knowledge of shipping processes (booking, customs, documentation) and key trade lanes.
3. Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.
4. Fluent in English, Hindi / Malayalam.
5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
