Job Description

• Air / Ocean Freight Import or Export experience in freight forwarding .
• Complete Import /Export knowledge in Jebel Ali Freezone.
• Knowledge to process Transit In/Transit Out/Transfer BOEs and DAV.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment.
• Knowledge of all Import/Export formalities and documents.
• Knowledge of customs BOEs /Chamber /FTA/MOH.
• Proficient in handling shipping documents and familiar with incoterms.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency.
• Negotiate with Line to the lowest best price with comprehensive payment terms.
• Knowledge of booking containers and freight pick up, and coordination for shipments.
• Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the Warehouse
• Notify consignees, or customers of the arrival of freight, and arrange for delivery.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all FMCG products.
• Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries' regulations .
• Determine method of shipment, and prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents.
• Age Range: 23 - 40

• Language Fluency: English & Hindi
• A Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics .
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
