As the successful candidate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal and administrative support to the team and offering expert guidance on legal and operational issues. - Providing expert legal advice to both local and overseas management teams on a wide range of complex legal issues.

- Reviewing and advising on legal documentation, including contracts and tender documents.

- Assessing the legal implications of internal policies and procedures and advising management accordingly.

- Drafting contracts, agreements, and internal policies in compliance with all relevant statutory and legal requirements in the UAE.
