The day-to-day stuff
This is a hybrid role where you'll be working on both contentious and non-contentious matters related to construction and operation of major projects General litigation, arbitration, expert determination, mediation, pre-litigation claims, and all related matters Litigation matters including e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, depositions, case management
What are the positives?
High levels of exposure to major projects, providing an environment for an in-house lawyer to develop skills You'll be working alongside a team of common law qualified lawyers who promote teamwork and learning opportunities
What experience do you need? 3-8 years of experience in construction (Legal Counsel title may be offered to candidates at the lower end of this bracket) Common law qualification is required (UK, US, Aus, HK etc..) Experience of Power, Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure would be an advantage
