Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Legal Counsel / Advisor

to oversee government-related processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support both internal and external communication needs. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UAE property laws, labor laws, visa procedures, and regulatory frameworks, preferably with prior experience in the property, signage, or outdoor media industry.

Key Responsibilities

Government Relations & Compliance

Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related processes with MOHRE, Immigration, and Municipality authorities. Ensure compliance with UAE labor, immigration, property, and municipal regulations. Stay updated on regulatory changes and government policies impacting the company.

Licensing & Documentation

Oversee trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, and company legal documentation. Ensure timely submission of records to relevant authorities. Liaise with free zones, municipalities, ministries, and other regulatory bodies.

Communication & Representation

Represent the company in legal, labor, and government departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies. Coordinate with internal teams regarding compliance and documentation requirements.

Support & Coordination

Facilitate employee onboarding including visa processing and labor card issuance. Manage employee-related documentation such as Emirates ID, medical fitness, and insurance. Draft and prepare letters, contracts, and official documents for embassies, consulates, and authorities.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. 5-10 years of experience as a Legal Counsel / Advisor or PRO in the UAE, preferably in the property sector.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of UAE property law, labor law, immigration procedures, and municipality regulations. Proficiency in documentation, visa processing, and government portals (eChannels, Tasheel, etc.).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
