We have an excellent opportunity to join our client, a regulated international multi-asset brokerage. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will join the team as a Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Director. The focus of the role will be on international litigation matters based out of their Dubai HQ working closely with the CLO.
Key responsibilities include an emphasis on financial services litigation such as dealing with broker-dealer litigation as well as wider litigation experience across corporate and commercial matters. Ideally candidates will have experience in the areas of knowing receipt and/or dishonest assistance. The role will also involve working on some general commercial advisory matters across global jurisdictions including the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
Applicants will have at least 4 years' experience with a high-quality law firm or significant in-house entity ideally within the financial services sector. Candidates must also have either a US or UK legal qualification. Our client will consider relocating lawyers for this crucial position.
Remuneration: 95,000 - 180,000 (tax free) + bonus + benefits
