Job Description
Seeking an experienced senior leader to head the Red Team operations at a leading cybersecurity firm in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strategic oversight and hands-on expertise in offensive security to safeguard critical national infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage red team engagements and offensive security initiatives.
- Develop and implement adversary emulation strategies aligned with national security goals.
- Collaborate with defense teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
- Mentor and grow an Emirati red team workforce.
- Report to executive and government stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Emirati citizenship mandatory.
- 8+ years in cybersecurity, including leadership in red teaming/offensive security.
- Deep knowledge of offensive tools and frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike, MITRE ATT&CK).
